Sears Tower Sky Deck
» About The view from the Skydeck on the 103rd floor of the Sears Tower is amazing! On a clear day, you can see 40-50 miles -- the city of Chicago and it beautiful architecture, Michigan, Indiana and Wisconsin. The Skydeck also features interactive, museum-quality exhibits highlighting Chicago's history and historic characters. Interactive kiosks provide a tour of Chicago's landmarks. Restaurants in the Sears Tower include Mrs. Levy's Delicatessen for New York deli favorites and ice cream, Mia Torre for authentic Italian cuisine, Dos Hermanos for Mexican and Tex-Mex specialties, and Eadies Kitchen and Market for fast and convenient offerings.

John Hancock Center
» About The John Hancock Center is one of Chicago's most well-known buildings. It is the 12th tallest building in the world with 100 floors, including apartments, offices, shops, a hotel, an ice rink, restaurants, and its own post office, and radio and television facilities. The observation deck is a top attraction for visitors. The famous Signature Room restaurant is located on the 95th & 96th floors.

Navy Pier
» About Navy Pier features a number of attractions for visitors and locals alike. Reminiscent of Chicago’s 1893 World Colombian Exposition, the most visible feature of Navy Pier is its 150-foot Ferris wheel. Close by is the musical carousel, painted with historical depictions of the pier. Pier Park features an 18-hole Chicago-themed miniature golf course and a cliff climbing structure. Some of the indoor attractions include a 15-minute walk through Funhouse Maze, Time Escape, which is a 3-D time travel ride taking you through the past, present and future of Chicago, and the Chicago Children’s Museum. Navy Pier is home to the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, with its 500-seat Courtyard Theater and 200-seat flexible black box theater. There is also an IMAX theater on Navy Pier, with a 6-story flat movie screen featuring 2D and 3D films. The Smith Museum of Stained Glass windows is a permanent display of 150 stained glass windows housed in an 800-ft.-long series of galleries along the lower level terraces of Festival Hall.

Adler Planetarium & Astronomy Museum

Shedd Aquarium
» About The Shedd Aquarium, located on Chicago's Museum Campus, is the world's largest indoor aquarium with more than 8,000 aquatic animals representing more than 700 species from all parts of the world. The Caribbean Reef, teaming with bright, colorful new corals and more than 60 species of animal, includes bonnet head sharks, southern stingrays, angelfish and a hawksbill sea turtle. Divers hand-feed sharks, sea turtles and eels at scheduled times during the day. Shedd Aquarium offers a special event for 3-5 year-old preschoolers - "Tots on Tuesdays". This event features a full day of activities, including story times, crafts, animal touch programs, videos, costumed characters, dancing and singing.

Lincoln Park Zoo
» About Lincoln Park Zoo, located in Chicago, is among the oldest zoological gardens in the country. Lincoln Park Zoo stands as one of the last free major cultural institutions in the United States and the only one left in Chicago. The Zoo is open 365 days a year. In addition to observing all of the wonderful animals, Lincoln Park Zoo features its SBC Endangered Species Carousel ride, paddle boat and swan boat rides, the LPZOO Express train ride, the 4-D Virtual Safari simulator and a Safari Audio Tour. Brookfield Zoo
» About Brookfield Zoo, located in Brookfield, Illinois, just west of Chicago, is open every day of the year. The Zoo is located on 216 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring over 2,000 animals.
