Cranberry
Pickle

Ingredients:
• Cranberry - 1 lb
• Chili powder - 2 tsp.
• Asofotide - 1/4 tsp.
• Mustard - 1/4 tsp.
• Coarsely ground fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp.
• Salt -according to taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds
and let it crackle. Add the fenugreek seeds and lower
the heat. Add the chili powder and the asafetida. Soon
add the cranberries and stir for 2 minutes. When it
cools down, store it in a dry container.
